align=&#8221;align_left&#8221; color=&#8221;juicy_pink&#8221; border_width=&#8221;2&#8243;][vc_column_text]La Oficina de Personal depende directamente de la Gerencia General, tiene bajo su responsabilidad la ejecuci\u00f3n del Sistema Administrativo de Recursos Humanos siendo responsable de los diferentes procesos t\u00e9cnicos orientados a contar con personal acad\u00e9mico y administrativo id\u00f3neo y que permitan cumplir con las metas de la Universidad, tiene relaciones funcionales con las dependencias org\u00e1nicas de la Instituci\u00f3n y coordina con las \u00e1reas administrativas respectivamente.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=&#8221;Funciones&#8221; border_width=&#8221;2&#8243;][vc_column_text]La Oficina de Personal cumple las siguientes funciones:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li>Proponer al Gerente General, Rector y autoridades universitarias en la formulaci\u00f3n, ejecuci\u00f3n y desarrollo del potencial humano de la Universidad.<\/li>\n<li>Cumplir y hacer cumplir la pol\u00edtica, directivas y normas del sistema de personal en coordinaci\u00f3n con las Facultades y otras dependencias de la ULC.<\/li>\n<li>Organizar, promover, coordinar, ejecutar en su caso y evaluar las acciones institucionales para la incorporaci\u00f3n, asignaci\u00f3n, capacitaci\u00f3n, desplazamiento, ascenso, retribuci\u00f3n, reconocimiento de derechos, cumplimiento de obligaciones y cese en el servicio del personal docente y administrativo.<\/li>\n<li>Establecer y administrar un sistema integral de control de personal incluyendo acciones desconcentradas por Facultades y otras dependencias autorizadas.<\/li>\n<li>Organizar, coordinar y dirigir las acciones de evaluaci\u00f3n y capacitaci\u00f3n integral del personal administrativo en funci\u00f3n de la carrera administrativa.<\/li>\n<li>Establecer y mantener actualizado el registro y escalaf\u00f3n del personal docente y administrativo y procesar las estad\u00edsticas correspondientes.<\/li>\n<li>Formular y proponer adecuaciones del Reglamento Interno de Personal Docente y Administrativo.<\/li>\n<li>Proponer beneficios remunerativos e incentivos a la mejora en la calidad y productividad del trabajo universitario.<\/li>\n<li>Implementar y desarrollar programas y actividades que coadyuven al mejoramiento de las relaciones laborales en la Universidad.<\/li>\n<li>Proponer adecuaciones a los reglamentos de concursos de personal, procesos administrativos y otras acciones propias del sistema.<\/li>\n<li>Organizar el escalaf\u00f3n y mantener actualizado el registro y archivo personal de funcionarios y docentes nombrados y contratados y personal administrativo de la Universidad, sobre tiempo de servicios, nombramientos, contratos, ceses y otros, as\u00ed como elaborar y proponer el plan de capacitaci\u00f3n para los servidores administrativos y de servicios.<\/li>\n<li>Dise\u00f1ar las pol\u00edticas de Recursos Humanos que permitan la generaci\u00f3n de valor del personal administrativo y proponer a la Alta Direcci\u00f3n planes de bienestar social dirigido a los trabajadores a fin de mantener un clima de paz acorde con los fines y objetivos de la Universidad.<\/li>\n<li>Proponer normas internas que permitan medir las capacidades y rendimientos de los trabajadores.<\/li>\n<li>Proponer y mejorar el reglamento interno de personal administrativo y del Reglamento Interno del Docente, as\u00ed como coordinar con la Oficina de Contabilidad y Tesorer\u00eda el cumplimiento de las obligaciones ante la SUNAT, Ministerio de Trabajo, y dem\u00e1s instituciones gubernamentales y privadas en aplicaci\u00f3n de las normas laborales vigentes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=&#8221;Reglamentos y Documentos&#8221;
